Terms and Conditions for online sales of Photoblocks

1. The blocks have pre-drilled holes so the block can be hung with either a portrait or landscape orientation.
2. It is not recommended that the blocks are mounted in direct sunlight or stored in a extreme moisture , wet environment or outside.
3. The photo glued to the block (using photo glue) is a normal 8X12 photo printed on high quality photographic silver halide Matte or Semi Matte thick paper which is good for normal 'home' conditions and should be treated as such.
4. Each block weighs approx 850g and is 20cmX30cmX1.5cm(depth) in size so needs to be wall mounted giving consideration to its weight.
5. The colour of the blocks is black only.

The Image process

• Please send the 3 chosen images  to: photooffers@gmail.com
• Please send the 3 images as attachments to the email (i.e. INSERT > FILE ATTACHMENT) ideally all at the same time and on the same email message.
• Please advise/confirm physical DELIVERY address ON EACH FILE YOU SEND US WITH YOUR VOUCHER NUMBER AND SECURITY CODE .
• Please choose your images carefully.

Important

• Please make sure they are JPG files ONLY (Not TIFF, BITMAP, PNG, PSD or any other files).
• Please make sure the image file is that for a 8X12 inches or 20cmX30cm with (1to1.5) dimension (not square or Panoramic). If you are cropping an image please be aware of this fact.
• Please make sure the file size you send us is between 1 to 5 MB (maximum) each JPG fileto get a good quality finish. Larger files maybe rejected by the internet service providers (ISP).
• Please can you check that the image is clear and sharp and are of a good enough quality for you before it is sent.
• We will not be able to change or alter image files after they have been received.
• As we are a professional Photo Lab using state of the art  RGB lazer printing technology we reproduce accurately what we are given. In considering possible differences please consideryour computer screen calibrations/adjustments or differences with other printing processes that you may have used. We ONLY use the RGB colour model (NOT CMYK).

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your blocks. They will be sent tracked by NZpost.
