Answers to Photobook FAQ's

1. No, we have a good set of instructions for you to follow. We can give you a hand in the store to get you started
2. The software is compatible with PC's not with Apple MACs. It is only 25Mb in size so does not take up too much room. Most computers will work fine
3. Only when you are installing the software do you need to be hooked up to the internet. This is because your computer may be missing some software which is needed to install the photobook software and you will be prompted to install it during the installation. Once the software is installed you do not need to be connected to the internet to create your photobook.
4. When you first started with the software, you selected an output folder on your computer to store completed photobook files. When you are ready to print out your photobook you need to browse to that folder and choose the file you want to print out. Burn/copy the whole file to CD/DVD or flash drive/memory card and then bring it in to the store or post it to us at Yes Photo&Digital, PO Box 429, Wanaka with your email address, contact name, telephone number and return address for the completed photobooks. 5. It takes 24 hours to print the photobooks. Check in with us if it is a necessity to get it done quicker and we may be able to speed up the process for an added cost (+20% of the photobook cost)

11. To delete a photobook file you need to find the two source files on your Hard Drive and then delete them. One is in a folder called Orders and the other in the WorkFolder within the imaxel/Creative Photos folder:
    
    Start Menu->My Computer -> System (C) -> Program Files -> imaxel folder ->Creative Photos -> Data -> Orders-> {order number}

12. You need to look after your photobooks like you do any photographs, i.e., keep food and drinks and sticky childrens fingers well away
